How can I register as a vendor?

Fill out the application form (Food, Non-Food, or Non-Profit Vendor) and make the payment.

What are the requirements to participate?

Complete the application, sign the participation agreement, pay the corresponding fee, only sell approved items, and comply with the event's safety and cleanliness rules.

What is the deadline to register?

The deadline to submit the application and payment is TBD.

Is there a registration fee?

Yes, depending on the type and size of the booth. See the booth cards above for current pricing.

Is a special permit required to sell?

No special permit is required, but food vendors must comply with Utah Health Department regulations.

Can I sell prepared food or only prepackaged products?

You can sell prepared food as long as you follow health regulations.

What products are not allowed?

Products that are obscene, pornographic, anti-American, anti-religious, political, or controversial are not allowed.

Where will my booth be located?

How big is the assigned vendor space?

Depending on the option selected: 10'×10′, 10'×20′, or 20'×10′.

Does the space include tables, chairs, or tents?

No — you must bring all your own equipment. The fee only covers the booth space.

How are booth spaces assigned? Can I choose my location?

You can list up to 3 preferred spaces in the application, but final assignment depends on availability.

Is there access to electricity and water?

Contact the organizers if you need these services.

What if I need more space or additional services?

You must pay for all the space you use. If you need more, communicate it before submitting your application.

What time can I arrive to set up?

Setup time is TBD.

How late can I stay to pack up?

You must stay and clean up your area before leaving. Please plan to have your area clean by midnight.

What are the policies on booth decoration or advertising?

All materials must be appropriate and non-offensive. No political or controversial content is allowed.

Can I hand out flyers or run promotions outside of my booth?

No — all promotional activities must remain within your assigned space.

What safety measures should I follow?

Keep your area clean and safe, follow health rules, and comply with festival staff instructions.

Is music or sound equipment allowed?

Check with the organization to avoid disturbing other vendors.

What happens if I can't attend after registering? Is there a refund?

To receive a refund, contact us by June 30, 2026.

How and when do I pay the registration fee?

You'll receive an email with an invoice and payment link. Space is not secured until full payment is made.

Is there an extra fee if I sell more than a certain amount?

No, but fines apply if you sell unauthorized items.

Can I accept cash, card, or transfer payments during the event?

Yes — vendors are responsible for their own payment systems.

Does the festival promote vendors on social media or the website?

Yes — send pictures and a logo to the organizers directly.

How do I send my business info for promotional materials?
